Rotating Equipment Rebuilds
Bearing Induction Heaters and Laser Aligning Equipment backed up with our ‘in house machine shop’ enable delivery of a comprehensive rotating equipment workshop based rebuild service. We can also adapt temporary hydraulic drives to ‘run up’ equipment in our workshop (unloaded) prior to returning to site for installation and recommissioning.
Campaign ‘Shutdown’ Supervised Fitting and Boilermaking labour for Major Infrastructure Projects
Fluid Power (AU) can supply teams of up to 50 supervised personnel for execution of planned maintenance shutdowns. Work scopes can include Crusher Rebuilds, Apron Feeder Rebuilds, Pump rebuilds and change outs, Ball & SAG Mill inspections and condition monitoring tasks, Gearbox and Exciter change outs, Chute and other related plate work. In General, we offer mechanical services for rotating equipment and boilermaking services for all pipe and plate work typically found in a processing plant
