Hydraulic Pump Bench Testing
Hydraulic pump testing up to 125kw capacity is available on our ‘in house’ Hydraulic Pump Test Rig. This unit is configured for easy setup of open and closed circuit pumps of all types with a full range of SAE Shaft and SAE Mounting Flange adaptors.
Hydraulic Tube work and flex Hose Installations
We have ‘in house’, a full range of tube bending and flaring equipment from ¼” diameter through to 2” diameter. This specialist equipment, when combined with our extensive stock of Manuli Hose and Fittings enable Fluid Power (AU) to take on installation of any reticulated high pressure hydraulic and grease lubrication system.
Hydraulic system flushing and system cleanliness testing
Our range of flushing rigs sized with the smallest unit rated to 30lpm flow rate through to our largest unit rated to 3000 litres per minute enable ‘on line’ and ‘off line’ (kidney loop) flushing of any fluid reticulation circuit with system cleanliness measured and confirmed with either automatic particle counters or the more traditional ‘Patch testing’. System cleanliness levels can be reported in accordance with either NAS1638 or ISO4406.
