Fluid Power (AU) were approached to design and manufacture remotely operable isolation valve assemblies for fitment to our customers existing truck mounted tanks used for transport water and ice. A swing gate design was selected as the preferred valve configuration due its simplicity. Pneumatics were selected as the swing gate actuating medium as this was readily available via the prime movers own compressed air systems.
Engineering Design was completed in 3D CAD with supporting DXF files produced for CNC Laser and Plasma cut plate processing
