Flushing Rigs
Manufactured for on and offshore use, as well as marine and Power Generation applications, our flushing rigs will allow you to keep your hydraulic and lubricating systems free of contaminants. Our rigs can be manually or PLC controlled, as well as custom designed for your unique specifications. All of our flushing rigs are hire ready and serviced after every job.
Vacuum Dehydration Purifier
The purifier conditions high and low viscosity hydraulic and lubrication fluids by removing water, particulate contamination and gases. Our systems can work in a kidney loop mode while your plant is still live for additional efficiency. Non-EX models are available for hire, and we will recommend the optimal solution for your project.
Our Purifiers are a fluid purification system designed to remove the following:
- Water – 100% of free water and as much as 90% of dissolved water, depending upon running vacuum setting.
- Gases – 100% of free and entrained gases and in excess of 80% of dissolved gases, depending upon running vacuum setting.
- Dirt – including silt and other solids or particulate contaminants.
